Our laser cutting systems offer high precision, with a positioning accuracy of ±2μm over the entire work area and repeatability of ±1.5μm, with ±16 arc-seconds angular accuracy. For ultra-thin glass, the cutting thickness is ≤1mm, while for standard glass, the thickness is ≤19mm. The minimum line width is ≤30μm (material dependent), and the minimum hole diameter is ≤20μm.
